Sit to Quit is a quit smoking course with 3 Videos, 2 Guided Meditations and a 25-page Workbook. Read the Workbook along with the videos. This course is experiential. You will need to practice the exercises to benefit from the course. Each time you get to an exercise, stop the video and do the exercise. With the exercises, each of the 3 videos should take about 1 hour to complete. Give yourself 4-5 days after each video to work on daily practices before going on to the next video. Allow at least 2 weeks to complete the course before your quit day. Sit to Quit is designed to be used with phone support.
